Hey! My name is Pedro Elias, and I’m one of the founders of LiderHub.ai, a legal customer service platform powered by AI via WhatsApp, designed for law firms in Brazil. This growth led us to subscribe to the Scale plan, aiming for infrastructure and support proportional to the volume and impact of our system. However, we are now facing critical issues that directly affect our customers' experience and trust.
We have already opened tickets, recorded videos, provided access, and tried to resolve things on our own following best practices, but we haven’t received complete responses or definitive resolutions. That’s why we’re organizing this document to formally present the situation and request proper attention and resolution.
In comparative tests, the Live version shows severe slowness compared to the Staging and self-hosted (Cloudflare Pages) environments. The difference is visible, directly affecting navigation and UX in production.
